Terms and Conditions

Who am I?

  • I am a teacher with a postgraduate degree in education.

  • I have a BSc degree in Psychology, including a module in Child Development.

  • I have been a certified consultant (Diploma Level) with Baby Sleep the Night for 3 years.

  • I am the Head Coach and Managing Director of the largest group of child sleep consultants in the UK; Baby Sleep the Night, and I am responsible for their ongoing training and support.

  • I am a certified reflux consultant (Foundation Level) with The Baby Reflux Lady.

  • I am trained under the Hampshire Every Sleep Counts sleep initiative (2019)


What working with me looks like:

My packages start with a 15 minute discovery call.

This is an opportunity to:

  • Ask questions about me and my methods

  • Get the headlines about your sleep situation.

  • Decide whether you would like to work with me.

It is not an opportunity for a detailed analysis of your child’s sleep or what I would suggest; I am unable to do this without a more thorough assessment.

In this call, we will discuss my possible options of support:

  • Newborn plan (pre birth to 3 months)

  • Sweet Dreams (3 months to 8 years)

  • Refresher (previous clients)

  • Reflux

  • 30 minute Sleep Session (for children who have the ability to self settle)




  • Please pay via online transfer (preferred option) or Paypal.​​

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking.

  • Payment is to be received in full please 2 days prior to the consultation.

  • A discount of 20% will be added for siblings for my full packages only.

  • No refunds will be offered for partial completion of the plan.


2.Modes of Contact

  • All correspondence to please be by email and scheduled calls/zooms only.

  • Please no texts or WhatsApp. This is to protect your confidentiality, and to protect my boundaries between my work and home life.

  • If you do contact me by text, WhatsApp or make an unscheduled call, I will not answer and ask that you email me your question. I will respond to emails as quickly as I can, usually within one working day.

  • Please note my working hours are:

    • Monday – 9am – 3pm, 7-8pm.

    • Tuesday – 9am – 3pm, 7-8pm.

    • Wednesday – 9am – 3pm, 7-8pm.

    • Thursday – 9am – 3pm, 7-8pm.

    • Friday – 9am – 3pm.

    • Saturday – 9am-12noon.

  • Each of the 4 calls included in the plan will be scheduled from when you start the plan and at the end of each call, we will schedule the next call.

  • Once on email support, you have up to 4 email replies from me. You can email me daily with the sleep logs and any questions and I will aim to reply within one working day.



  • I am registered with the ICO, registration number: CSN4272757 and I work according to current GDPR regulations; I will not pass your details on to any third party without your explicit consent, I will not share your personal details and they will be stored securely on a password protected computer. Please see my separate Privacy and Data Consent Conditions.

  • I am part of a team of fellow Baby Sleep the Night Certified Sleep Consultants who support each other with cases. I may share details of sleep logs with them for professional dialogue but would never share yours, or your child’s names and personal details.

  • Your confidentiality as a client will be strictly observed in all circumstances except where I believe that there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others. In this case I would need to contact someone as appropriate in the circumstances. This step would only be taken after careful consideration and with your knowledge and consent if at all possible.


Data Protection

My practice is registered under the Data Protection Act. Consistent with professional practice, I keep brief notes about sessions and hold records of bookings, payments, correspondence and emails you may send me. These are held securely for up to seven years after the end of consultation at which time they are securely destroyed.

4.What you can expect from me:

  • There can never be a guarantee of success but what I do offer you is my skills, expertise, knowledge and experience working with hundreds of families and supporting and training other sleep consultants.

  • My knowledge of child sleep methods and experience in analysing sleep logs and directing you in how best to support your child to sleep.

  • You also get my professionalism in supporting you during this journey that you are on, as a professional and coach through a calm, supportive and professional dialogue. 

  • You will get timely support through the four calls to be used within the first week following the start of the plan. Emails will be replied to within 1 working day once on the email part of the support plan.

5.What I expect from you:

  • To be engaged and involved in the process – this is vital for its success!

  • A professional and respectful dialogue with me. I will not tolerate any abuse and that will result in ending any further support with no refund.

  • Daily logs emailed ahead of scheduled calls and once a day once on emails, including any questions sent over email.

  • Detailed completion of the logs to include wake times, nap and bedtimes, settling times, level of comfort given, details of each night wake.

  • An honest report of how the plan is being followed – then you get the best support from me!


6. Other

  • My consultations are a private dialogue between us so please no recording without my consent and my plans are not to be shared with others.

  • I can travel to your home, or agreed location within 30 minutes from Basingstoke, for consultations at a cost of £30. Further distances can be accommodated at an agreed price.

  • I have a 48 hour cancellation policy for full packages – if I can fill the spot with another client, I will return your deposit, otherwise I will retain the deposit.

  • If you decide to postpone starting the plan following the consultation, the follow up support (4 x calls and 4x emails) can be banked for 2 weeks ready to start at your convenience. Any longer than this will result in the plan not being up to date. Any unused emails and calls within the two week package will expire at the end of the third week.
