Sometimes life just gets in the way and our little ones become ill, we move house or a regression hits...and never leaves. Well, this refresher package is for when life’s moments seem to be sticking around!
This plan includes:

An initial 15 minute phone consultation to discuss the regression and sleep problems resurfacing.

A sleep questionnaire where you detail all aspects of your child’s sleep, routines, naps, family life and any other factors which may be affecting their sleep.

A 60 minute Skype/Face Time/Phone call or Face-to-Face* consultation to revisit your initial plan and adapt it to suit whatever problems your child may be facing.

You will also keep sleep logs for me and receive 2 follow up calls or emails over a week period from starting the plan.

Further support can be provided with single phone calls or emails or a week’s package of four extra phone calls or emails (extra fees apply).
