It’s never too early to teach your child healthy sleep habits. This plan teaches and supports mums and newborns to gently put them on the right path to a lifetime of great sleep. Whilst also promoting lots of cuddle time, this package sets your child onto the right path of becoming a great sleeper, preventing the need for more formal sleep training later on.
This plan includes:

An initial 15 minute phone consultation where we will discuss your child and their sleep and I can detail the support I can offer you.

Production of a detailed sleep plan for you to follow.

A 60 minute Skype/Face Time/Phone call or Face-to-Face* consultation (either prior to having your baby or in the few few weeks) where we can discuss your detailed plan of how to support your baby to develop his or her natural circadian rhythms, gently teach them the first steps in how to self-sooth and discuss the importance of wake-windows and routines in supporting those first steps towards independent sleep. This will revolutionalise your experience as a new mum!! In addition, you will receive your support plan in written form for you to refer back to.

For an additional £30, you can also have two follow up phone call or email consultations. I usually advise the first after two weeks of you gently implementing the advice given to discuss any questions you may have, plus to discuss how your baby is getting on, but it can be used any time in the first 3 months. ​

The follow up calls or emails can be used ay anytime until your baby is 3 months.

Being a new mum, whether for the first time or the 4th, can be overwhelming and I’m here to offer gentle support to suit your family and help you to fully enjoy the experience as much as you can.

This package is for newborns up to 3 months. Babies 3 months and over who haven’t implemented any gentle first steps to independent sleeping may benefit from a full sleep support package. See my Sweet Dreams package.
